A recording says “Go there to hear it.”
It was left to be heard in its place. Open the place page when you’re there and tap Use my location. The venue’s code opens the place’s page; your location says you’re there.
My location says it isn’t precise enough.
Step outside or near a window and wait a few seconds. Place-level playback needs a fix inside the place, precise to about 100 m.
How do I sign in on a computer?
Choose Sign in and write the phone number you use in the app. We text it a six-digit code; type it in (on a phone it fills itself in) and you’re in the same account. There’s no password.
I got a request from Mementote about camera footage.
Open the link in the request. It shows what was asked for and lets you upload or answer in a few minutes. More for camera owners.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, or on the web under Privacy. Deleting withdraws pending requests and removes your films.
